On the Day of Testing

To ensure a smooth and successful testing experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Preparation:

  • Internet Connection: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment for the duration of the exam.
  • Technical Requirements: Verify that your computer meets the technical requirements specified in the exam guide for the online proctored exam.
  • Login Time: Log in to the testing platform at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for any technical issues or troubleshooting.

During the Exam:

  • Proctoring Instructions: Follow the instructions provided by the proctoring service to check in and begin your exam.
  • Focus and Conduct: Maintain focus throughout the exam. Avoid any behavior that could be construed as cheating, such as talking out loud, looking away from the screen, or accessing prohibited materials.
  • Technical Assistance: If you experience any technical issues or need assistance during the exam, contact the proctoring service immediately for support.

After the Exam:

  • Submitting Answers: Once the exam is complete, follow the instructions to submit your answers and end the proctoring session.
  • Confidentiality: Do not share any exam content or discuss the exam with others, as this could compromise the integrity of the certification program.
